The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
By completing registration, you additionally confirm that you are not: (a) acting on behalf of any third party; (b) located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (c) under the age of 21; or (d) a person who has been self-excluded from gambling services.
Access to and use of 1cinta is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:
The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including government-issued identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), at any stage of the Member relationship. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each individual may register only one Account on 1cinta. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via proxies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify 1cinta promptly of any changes to your registered details. The Operator is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 1cinta's support team immediately via live chat.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, 1cinta requires completion of identity verification. This process involves submission of a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of address or source of funds documentation. KYC is a one-time requirement per Account, though the Operator may request updated documentation where circumstances warrant.
All Account balances at 1cinta are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. Processing times are typically instant for eWallet and bank transfer methods. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from an account or payment instrument registered in the Member's own name.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Processing is subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion. Funds representing the proceeds of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities and will not be returned.
1cinta offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and reload offers. All bonus offers are subject to bonus-specific terms which are published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

All bets and wagers placed on 1cinta are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game categories each operate under their own rule sets, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface.
A bet or wager is accepted and becomes binding when confirmed by the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or manipulation of the relevant event or game outcome.
Winnings on slot games are subject to the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning processes conducted by certified third-party studios operating under independent regulatory oversight. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body of that sport.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 1cinta platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
The Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, to void all pending and historical bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with such Account, without prejudice to any other legal or regulatory remedies available.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works of any 1cinta content without the express written consent of the Operator. Unauthorised use of 1cinta intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1cinta and its Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Planned maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures) may result in temporary unavailability. The Operator will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
The Operator shall not be liable for any loss attributable to the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, or any loss arising from the Member's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by 1cinta is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, the Operator will endeavour to notify Members via their registered email address or a prominent in-platform notification, where technically feasible.
Your continued use of the 1cinta platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support via live chat.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal discussion between the Member and the Operator's customer support team shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant gaming authority.
